Pengaduk (whisk atau sendok kayu)
Mangkuk besar untuk mencampur adonan

Bahan (Ingredients)
250 gram tepung beras (250 grams rice flour)
200 ml santan kental (200 ml thick coconut milk)
50 ml air daun pandan (50 ml pandan leaf water): Optional, for a nice fragrance and green color.
100 gram gula pasir (100 grams sugar)
1/2 sendok teh garam (1/2 teaspoon salt)
Ragi instan (Instant yeast): About 1 teaspoon, to help the batter rise.
Topping sesuai selera (Toppings as desired): Could be grated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or even fruit slices.
