Alat

  1. Wajan atau panci serabi (wajan khusus dengan cekungan-cekungan kecil)

  2. Spatula

  3. Pengaduk (whisk atau sendok kayu)

  4. Mangkuk besar untuk mencampur adonan

  5. Sendok takar

  6. Saringan

    Bahan (Ingredients)

    • 250 gram tepung beras (250 grams rice flour)

    • 200 ml santan kental (200 ml thick coconut milk)

    • 50 ml air daun pandan (50 ml pandan leaf water): Optional, for a nice fragrance and green color.

    • 100 gram gula pasir (100 grams sugar)

    • 1/2 sendok teh garam (1/2 teaspoon salt)

    • Ragi instan (Instant yeast): About 1 teaspoon, to help the batter rise.

    • Topping sesuai selera (Toppings as desired): Could be grated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or even fruit slices.
